This was a delicious organic wine from organic grapes grown with respect for the environment. The domaine de Buis-Rond is a part of my family and is one I'm proudly promoting. The vines are mainly Gamay with some Chardonnay. The Harel family always looks for the best ways to make wine. They stand for environment preservation as well creating a wine that boosts your vitality!
This wine was named after Corto, my little cousin that is the son of the winemaker. He was born in September 2012, on a late harvest day. Light and crisp, with subtil fruit and white peppers flavors, the insolent gentleman. (400 bottles only).
A difficult year in Beaujolais with very little grapes, this juice is gold!
A few kilometers away from Belleville sur Soane. The domaine is located in the Beaujolais Villages area between the crus and the beaujolais.
Buyon is located on a geological intersection where three different soils join. Silty, granitic and chalky-clay.
minimum sulfites, carbonic maceration.
Gamay : 100.00%
To pour slightly cool, the automnal temperature should help you!
Best on it's own or with some goat cheeses and charcuteries. It's also a wine that goes well with soups.
