At the foot of Mont Brouilly, 24 acres of  Beaujolais, Beaujolais-Villages and Beaujolais Blanc are blossoming discretely. I’ve discovered Christophe Paris’ wines during the harvest 2010 while we were pouring it to our grape pickers. They liked the wine so much that I went to see Christophe Paris to taste all his wines. While the harvest 2012 was hard for the winemakers in Beaujolais, Christophe’s wines allowed me to fill in the wine gap at my cousins, their neighbors. Today, Beaujolais-Villages officially entered in the wine range and is available all year long.
