This year, I will have too different producers representing the Beaujolais Nouveau. My cousin making a delicious organic Gamay and the newcomer Christophe Paris that you will hear about soon.

Beaujolais Nouveau is the youngest and less complexe of all beaujolais. The wine is crispy and full of red berries, That are the first aromas for red wine. Perfect for a fun night with friends and tapas, You can also save the bottle a few months and appreciate it more mature.

I’ll be in Beaujolais next week to taste the new juice, while waiting here are some labels propositions. Young and lively, that’s what’s they express. Let we know what you think and I’ll soon share the result with you.
